No refunds are given under any circumstances. You can change the date for free up to 48 h beforehand: write to contacto@reddopamine.com from the same email you booked with, giving a new date available in the calendar. The first change is free; further ones have an admin fee. After those 48 h no changes are accepted. You have 6 months to play your rescheduled session. If you don’t show up, the booking is lost. Almost every group finishes. If you get stuck, the game master gives you hints so you reach the end.
It depends on the mode. In Horror, yes: constant scares and high tension. In Mystery/Tension there’s atmosphere but few scares. In Adventure, almost none.

16+ recommended. There’s an adapted version for minors in the milder modes — ask us when you book.
The rooms are not wheelchair accessible. You need to move around and crouch, so we don’t recommend them for people with severe mobility issues or heart conditions either. If you’re unsure about your case, write to us before booking.
